*The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

We ship with DHL, UPS, DPD or GEL. Please note that it is generally not possible for the customer to select the parcel service, but is selected by Pixblick depending on availability, delivery area and size of the parcel.
Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
Please note that we have no influence on the delivery time of the parcel service within Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Delivery times may vary.
Delivery to packing stations or P.O. boxes is not possible due to the size of the parcels.
Your name should be clearly legible on the doorbell and letterbox so that the parcel can be delivered without any problems. If you cannot be reached at the delivery address during the day, please inform us or the postman of an alternative address for delivery.
Please ask the parcel carrier to confirm any obvious transport damage in writing and report the damage to us by email or using the contact form, stating the order number.
